Recently I’ve been testing different types of ads on my site www.craftytv.com. What I’ve noticed is that the link units on the page make a hell of a lot more than the banner ads. So much so that I’m considering getting rid of those areas from the site and adding more content to those areas.

Banner ads seem to get appox .5% CTR and link units seem to get approx 5% CTV, thats a 10 fold difference.
